Global tariff tensions are on the rise. Several U.S. trading partners have imposed their own reciprocal tariffs on U.S. agricultural products, including many that come from California. The state’s agriculture market is by far the largest in the nation generating more than $59 billion a year in revenue, with 40 percent of the crops exported to foreign markets.
