Awakening the Sensory Mind Through Glass and Geometric Shapes

In a quiet studio tucked inside New York’s creative heart, artist Valeria Divinorum is experimenting with perception.

Originally trained as an architect, Divinorum now explores the intersection of form, light, and consciousness through intricate stained glass. Her work is not just beautiful—it’s designed to awaken. Using ancient sacred geometric patterns, symmetry, and the refractive properties of colored glass, she constructs pieces that stimulate what she calls the “sensory mind.”

Each panel is a portal. Shapes align, colors fracture, and light becomes an active participant in the artwork. The result is a visual experience that feels almost alive, like geometry in motion.

Americas Now’s Elaine Reyes visited her studio to learn how she transforms cold material into radiant symbols of clarity, expansion, and inner vision.
