The Paralympic Winter Games will take place in early March in Beijing. While snow and freezing temperatures are rare in Brazil, it’s not stopping the country from sending a team of cross-country athletes. 

CGTN reporter Paulo Cabral, went to the city of São Carlos, in the countryside of São Paulo state, to meet one of the athletes who’s been hard at work training.
