Food banks across the U.S. are feeling the squeeze this holiday season. Demand for assistance is soaring as grocery, housing and overall living costs rise. But those same inflationary factors are also limiting people’s ability to give, leaving donation centers scrambling to keep families fed at a time when food insecurity is rising in America.
