Remittances from U.S. to Mexico benefitting both countries

Mexico received some $68 billion dollars last year from Mexicans living abroad, most in the United States. That makes Mexico the world’s second largest recipient of migrants’ remittances, behind India, which receives $129 billion. New studies indicate the flow of funds to Mexican households is not only a benefit to Mexico but to the United States as well.
