Chinese opera traces its origins to the Tang Dynasty, which was about 1,100 years ago. Western opera is still relatively new to China, but is attracting more Chinese fans. In a true sign of its growing popularity, opera singers from China were now touring the world. CCTV America’s Hendrik Sybrandy reported from Colorado.
