In a sign of the changing demographics of the United States, nearly half of all children in the city of Boston now have at least one foreign-born parent. Immigration figures across the country have jumped in recent years. And that means US national and local governments are having to reconsider how to serve their changing populations. CCTV’s Nick Harper reported from Boston with this look on how the city is coping and what lessons it can now teach the rest of the country.
