An international game and a local Mexican star, Salvador Cabrera is helping transform kids and their neighborhoods through a special athletic program in Mexico.

The after-school program, initiated two years ago, was federally funded for kids in risk zones. In just two years, the program has expanded from two to 22 states encompassing 9,000 students.
