U.S. consumers have been the bite of inflation lately. Grocery bills have been climbing in the U.S., stoking concerns about inflation after Congress pumped trillions into the economy to keep it afloat during the pandemic. The overall Consumer Price index is up 4-point-2 percent from a year ago, and food prices have been rising along with it.
