Right-wing governments see setbacks throughout Latin America

Signs of political tides – shifting again in Latin America. It’s the region that saw a leftist wave beginning in the early 2000’s – dubbed the Pink Tide. Then, in the mid-2010s, the right gained strength, giving rise to leaders like Brazil’s Jair Bolsonaro.

Now, the tide seems to be turning again, in favor of leftist politicians. CGTN’s Paulo Cabral reports.
