U.S. begins enforcing divisive vaccine mandate with fines

The biggest U.S. companies are facing fines, starting Monday January 10th, if they don’t enforce a COVID-19 vaccination and testing mandate.

The government will start penalizing firms with more than 100 employees if their staff aren’t fully vaccinated – or if unvaccinated, conduct regular testing.

But some employers are waiting for a critical ruling on this from the U.S. Supreme Court.
