It’s been a week since the mass shooting at an elementary school left 19 children and 2 teachers dead in the U.S. city of Uvalde, Texas.

As the devastated community copes with profound grief, thousands of people have been visiting from different parts of the state to provide support.

Many say things will never be the same.
