To say that it’s been a turbulent past few years for the U.S. economy would be an understatement.
First came the COVID-19 pandemic which caused many businesses to shut down, at least temporarily, and supply chains to become entangled.
Then the conflict in Ukraine sent inflation in America, which was already heading up, even higher.
One year after the start of the fighting, inflation, including food costs, remains a major concern.
