Toxic train derailment in Ohio sparks anger and concern over preventable disaster

Concern and anger is spreading beyond the U.S. state of Ohio following the toxic train derailment, which a preliminary federal safety report has ruled was “completely preventable.”

Multiple states are on edge as residents near the crash site are beginning to be diagnosed with illnesses seemingly linked to chemical exposure.
