Just days after a 16-year-old in the U.S. was shot after knocking on the door of the wrong address, a woman was shot dead in similar circumstances.

Her death happened on the same night four people were shot dead at a birthday party – the latest mass shooting that prompted U.S. President Biden to renew an appeal for gun control.
