Bolivia’s foreign minister discusses regional integration in South America

The recent swing to the left in many South American countries has created more momentum for regional integration, with renewed emphasis on so-called Global South policies that favor developing nations. 

At the recent summit of South American nations in Brasilia, host nation Brazil pushed for the creation of a regional bloc with a shared currency. 

CGTN’s correspondent in Brazil, Paulo Cabral, discussed the likelihood of this happening with the Foreign Minister of Bolivia.
