The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, or USMCA, is generating nearly two trillion dollars in North American trade a year, according to government officials. Small and medium-size businesses are reaping much of the rewards, but officials say opportunities for these smaller enterprises to play an even greater part are there for the taking.
