Before last week’s summit of Asia-Pacific nations, the U.S. and China had been mending diplomatic relations plagued by unresolved trade tensions. But despite their disagreements, the world’s two biggest economies have continued to trade with each other.

And yet the prospect of their trade battle restarting continues to complicate their commercial relationship. CGTN’s Owen Fairclough has more.
