COP 28 begins in Dubai where hundreds of leaders and ministers will meet to discuss the urgency of climate action. 

In South America, few nations are more aware of this urgency than Colombia, a country that has suffered extreme weather catastrophes from earthquakes, to floods, droughts and forest fires. 

Our Correspondent Michelle Begue sat down with the country’s environmental minister to hear what Colombia expects from these high-level meetings.
