A drought is sweeping the Peruvian Andes caused by the weather phenomenon known as El Nino. The agricultural sector has been particularly affected. Harvests of staples like potato and corn (maize) are very low. Children are bearing the brunt of the crisis. Dan Collyns reports from Junín, a mountainous region in Peru.
