This Thursday, Feb. 8, the U.S. Supreme Court is set to review a case deemed of monumental importance for the upcoming November presidential election. At the heart of the matter are constitutional provisions that have not been previously challenged in this manner. Additionally, an appeals court ruling issued on Tuesday, Feb. 6 found that former President Donald Trump doesn’t have immunity for election interference in one of the cases against him.
