Judge rules lead prosecutor can stay on Georgia case involving Donald Trump

A judge in the U.S. state of Georgia overseeing one of Donald Trump’s trials has ruled the lead prosecutor Fani Willis can stay on the case, but only if she removes special prosecutor, Nathan Wade, whom she appointed and had a romantic relationship with.

The interference case revolves around Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election result.
