The China-CELAC Forum is celebrating 10 years since its founding in 2014. CELAC is the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States, comprised of nearly three dozen countries. 

It provides a direct diplomatic link between China and the Latin America and Caribbean region and reflects the importance of growing ties across the Pacific.
