Violence declines in South Florida during Spring Break crack down

Stringent measures imposed by the city of Miami Beach have had a cooling-down effect on Spring Break and its well-documented violence of past years.

Arrests have dipped from last year, and as of now, there have been no shootings in Miami.

But there has still been a noticeable fallout for the business community and those who had hoped for an all-out party.
