More rain is expected for Southern in Brazil over the next few days, and that’s likely to worsen a tragedy that has already caused 147 confirmed deaths in the country’s southern state of Rio Grande do Sul. The government estimates more than two million people have been impacted by the flooding with those figures expected to rise further still. Paulo Cabral reports.
