Violence threatens peace talks in Colombia

In Colombia, the government is negotiating peace with two armed groups, but violent acts have stalled progress. Last month, one of the groups said it would reinstate kidnapping to finance their war. Another group carried out gun and bomb attacks that killed four people and injured seven. As the violence continues, organizations like the International Committee of the Red Cross lead efforts to keep the peace. Michelle Begue reports.
