Mexico’s rail project aims to ease Panama Canal bottleneck

The rising cost of imported goods around the world has a lot to do with increasingly complicated global logistics. That’s certainly the case in Panama, where its iconic canal, impacted by drought, is struggling to keep pace with demand. But further north, Mexico is building an alternative.
