It’s been two years since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, which had given women the constitutional right to an abortion for nearly 50 years. Since then, nearly half of states have implemented abortion restrictions – many of them with very few exceptions. But there’s mounting evidence that conservatives are looking to expand their belief that life begins at conception – beyond abortion bans. Toni Waterman reports from Texas.
