Mexico’s President-elect renews hopes for safer energy policies

In Mexico, the landslide victory of president-elect Claudia Sheinbaum, has renewed hopes that the nation will turn toward more sustainable and Earth-friendly energy policies.

Sheinbaum is a climate scientist turned politician, who clean energy experts believe can put Mexico on an accelerated path toward a clean-energy future.
