50,000 dockworkers on strike

Tens of thousands of U.S. dockworkers remained on strike for a second day on Wednesday, Sept. 2, amid deadlock over a pay deal.

With container ships loaded with food and medicine unable to unload at Atlantic and Gulf coast ports, there are conflicting views over what impact this industrial action will have on supply chains.
