One year ago six maintenance engineers were killed when a cargo ship crashed into a bridge in the middle of the night.

The collapse of Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key bridge was a devastating blow to a key trade hub for the U.S. as it recovered from the disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic.
