Democrats and Republicans are celebrating wins, following results of special elections held Tuesday, April 1, in the states of Wisconsin and Florida.  These were the first contests since U.S. President Donald Trump took office, and a potential test of voter sentiment on a presidential agenda that includes slashing the government workforce and a crackdown on immigration.
