Before U.S. President Donald Trump unveiled tariffs that are rocking the global economy, he had long complained about the balance of trade with other countries.
Trump is concerned about deficits – that’s when a country imports more than it exports.
But many experts say this ignores Washington’s huge surplus in services.
And that’s been a talking point at the Harvard College China Forum, taking place this weekend in Massachusetts.
