A security expert suspected of murdering a Minnesota lawmaker and her husband in their home is expected to appear in court this Monday, June 16. Vance Boelter is also charged with the attempted murder of another lawmaker and his wife who lived in the same area. The state’s governor is treating the murders as yet another politically motivated attack in the U.S., as Owen Fairclough reports.
