There is a huge shift on the issue of abortion rights in Latin America.  Colombia is the latest country in the region to partially decriminalize abortion. The decision by the country’s Supreme Court, follows similar actions taken in Mexico and Argentina.  CGTN correspondent Michelle Begue has more from Colombia.
