The impeachment inquiry against President Trump is ramping up.
Transcripts released from the first set of closed door testimony have reinforced the whistleblowers claims that the President, his personal attorney, and others – held up foreign aid for Ukraine in a deliberate attempt to dig up dirt on the son of Joe Biden – one of Mr Trump’s political rivals in the upcoming presidential election.
But with that 2020 election right around the corner – and the legal stakes continuing to rise for President Trump, many are asking – “how messy is this going to get?”
