China is holding its annual Two Sessions, when the central government passes legislation that sets the nation’s agenda for the coming year.

China’s Two Sessions – a key annual event on the country’s political calendar that brings together lawmakers and political advisors, starts on March 4th. Like other economies, China was hit hard by COVID-19 but is recovering to post strong growth. But its trade relations with its most important commercial partner remain problematic. CGTN’s Owen Fairclough has more.
