A week into U.S. President Donald Trump’s second administration and the nationwide clampdown on illegal immigrants in the United States is gathering pace.

Nearly 1,000 people were arrested in operations across the U.S. on Sunday, Jan. 26, alone.

That included targeted operations in Chicago, where CGTN’s Dan Williams reports.
