A major development in the Brussels Terror Attacks. The person who authorities believe made the bombs in both the Brussels and Paris attacks is now believed to be dead.
At least 31 people were killed and more than 270 were injured when three suicide bombs were detonated Tuesday at the Brussels airport and a metro station.
Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attacks. A Belgium prosecutor said four men carried out the attacks and one suspect remains at large.
