Hamas says it’s ready to negotiate the next phase of negotiations in hopes of reaching a permanent end to the conflict, after the latest exchange of hostages and prisoners.
On Wednesday, Hamas returned the bodies of four Israelis who died in captivity, and Israel released more than 600 Palestinian prisoners and detainees.
