More than 660 people have been killed by police officers in the U.S. so far this year. At that pace, 2017 could become the deadliest year on record since tracking began four years ago.
Last weekend a young yoga and meditation instructor from Australia was shot and killed by Minneapolis police. Justine Damond was just a few weeks away from getting married.
