More than 34,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since Hamas struck Israel on October 7, according to Hamas officials in Gaza. They report more than 77,000 others have been injured. Tensions are high in the West Bank too with hundreds of Palestinians killed there in recent months.

Meanwhile, concerns are growing over reports of mass graves found at hospitals in Gaza that have been targeted by Israeli raids. Palestinian officials report more than 300 bodies have been uncovered at its medical complex in Khan Younis.  What direction is the conflict headed as it nears the seventh month mark?
