The Heat: U.S. political impact of COVID-19

The Heat

The U.S. outbreak is growing worse by the day, with 39-states now reporting a rise in COVID-19 cases.

On Sunday, the state of Florida reported a single-day record with over 15,000 new cases and hospitals in several states are said to be running out of beds.

The Trump administration is calling for all schools to reopen in the fall but on Monday, California’s largest public school districts, Los Angeles and San Diego, announced fall instruction will be online.
