China is looking to a new leadership team at the White House – to bring about a reset of relations between Beijing and Washington.
Speaking at a forum on China-U.S. ties, China State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said recent years have seen relations run into what he called the “biggest difficulties since the establishment of diplomatic ties.”
And he outlined China’s vision to improve cooperation with the U.S. CGTN’s You Yang reports from Beijing.
To discuss:
- Einar Tangen is a current affairs commentator.
- Qinduo Xu is the host of CGTN’s Dialogue Weekend.
- Harlan Ullman is the chairman of the Killowen group.
- Dan McClory is Managing Director and Head of China for Boustead Securities.
