Ministers from the 21 APEC member economies are gathering virtually this week to accelerate the region’s response to the global health and economic crises.
The group – which includes China, Russia and the United States — accounts for about 38% of the world’s population and more than 60% of its GDP. CGTN’s Owen Poland has a report from Auckland, New Zealand.
