Chinese both at home and abroad are celebrating China’s Lunar New Year with 2022 being marked as the Year of the Tiger.
The festivities kicked off with China Media Group’s major Spring Festival Gala as hundreds of millions of Chinese tuned in to watch the TV extravaganza.
The celebrations come just days before China welcomes the world to the Winter Olympics in Beijing.
