The Republican National Convention wrapped on Thursday night with former U.S. President Donald Trump clinching his spot on this year’s Republican presidential ticket.

The gathering was particularly emotional, following last week’s assassination attempt on Trump.

As Owen Fairclough reports, the convention was a life-changing event for many delegates.
