Western leaders met in London for a security summit after Ukrainian President Zelenskyy’s visit with U.S. President Donald. A number of EU members have now pledged to continue support for Kyiv and to ramp up defense spending.
Britain, France, Ukraine and other nations are now working on a peace plan to present to Washington this week.
