In his first week in office, the new U.S. president signed executive orders to withdraw from the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal, construct a border wall between the U.S. and Mexico and remove undocumented immigrants. He also authorized the Keystone XL and Dakota Access Pipelines to move forward.
Using the presidential power of executive action, President Trump began to chart his own course for America, citing an “America First” model.
