In a dire new warning, the United Nations says Palestinians are facing “diminishing conditions for survival” in parts of Northern Gaza, adding that its attempts to help the Palestinians have been denied or impeded, forcing bakeries and kitchens to shut down.
Meanwhile, access to the three barely functioning hospitals has also been restricted amid shortages of medical supplies and fuel.
